With its prime office locations, Part-Dieu is a cohesive neighborhood.
However, some of its locations are less desirable than those near the Sans-Souci and Ampère–Victor Hugo metro stations.
To a lesser extent, the Palais de la Bourse neighborhood and the areas around the Foch-Massena metro station also offer attractive locations.
Realizing the potential of office spaces outside of Part-Dieu, however, will require careful attention to the quality of the buildings.
